1. Introduction

Welcome to Special Car Hire. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform acts as a directory to connect individuals with independent drivers and vehicle owners across Uganda.

2. Role of the Platform

Special Car Hire is a directory and facilitation platform. We do not own the vehicles listed, nor do we directly employ the drivers. All agreements, payments, and terms of service are strictly between the client and the independent driver/vehicle owner. We charge zero commission or booking fees on rides.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only. When interacting with drivers or hiring vehicles, users are expected to behave professionally and honor all mutually agreed-upon offline payment terms and schedules.

4. Driver Responsibilities

Drivers listed on our platform are responsible for maintaining valid driving licenses, proper vehicle insurance, and adhering to all Ugandan traffic laws. Drivers must accurately represent their services, availability, and vehicle condition.

5. Liability

Special Car Hire is not liable for any damages, losses, disputes, or injuries that occur during the fulfillment of services arranged through our platform. Users and drivers assume full responsibility for their interactions and offline transactions.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
